B1900 and external sound

Recommended Posts

Guest Herrie

I recently bought the B1900 and I am generally satisfied: I got what was promised. The only thing I dislike is the external sound when in the air cruising. I use Active Camera and the sound at Fly By reminds me of the early Formula 1 racing sounds on a Commodore 64. Ugly.I searched through the sound map of the B1900 and could not find a wav file that sounded like that. So is something else wrong then? Any ideas?Herrie

Herrie, through your file manager go in your FS2004 directory - ActiveCamera - Sound.Rename files Wind 4-9.wav and Wind 10-X.wav to Wind 4-9.bak and Wind 10-X.bak, this will disable the Active Camera wind sounds, or you can also untick the Sound option of the Active Camera 2004 menu, but in this case all the AC2004 sounds will be disabled.Regards,
