What ever should I do?

Recommended Posts

Ok I made a CD that had all my PMGD stuff on it. The B1900D, 737-6-900 all the skins, the updates everything, then I made a back up of that cd.I had to reformat and when I went to install my PMGD software, I could not find my CD's. Yes CD'S. I lost both of them. so after taring my house appart, and pulling out all my hair out form fustration I decided to go to the website. I loggedin hoping that my email would register that I had bought software form them in the past, but when I went to View Previous Orders, I was Dissapointed to see that my past software orders where not there. So, What should I do? I had lost my software before because I had to reformat. so I decided to make a back up cd, then a back up of the back up. But know I have lost both of those. What ever should I do?Should I contact support or what?Thank you for any help!David.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, NOR WILL ANYONE FROM PMDG EVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Time Limitation: After the first year of ownership, PMDG may, at it
