Changing Faces

I tried searching for this, but had no luck. Is there anyway to change the faces of the two pilots in the cockpit? I would like to put a picture of my friend in there, but am not sure how. Any help will be appreciated.ThanksMatt

You can do it by manually editing/changeing the textures located in the directory fs2004aircraftpmdg-model-of-your-choicetexture
