PMDG technical support/ordering email?

Hello, I had a bit of an ordering mishap last weekend. I fired off an email right after the order to the precision manuals support email contained within my download link, however I've still not received a reply. Still no word from PMDG, but I've just sent another email your way.Just to clarify, I only want the Fly!II 757- if anyone from PMDG can somehow get that airplane into my hands, you guys can keep the money! I just want that plane.CheersCory

Still no reply to either my hotmail or gmail address. My gmail address is completely functional and no legitimate emails are ever blocked from it.What's up guys?Maybe someone can try mailing me from their personal address- or something.
