At BAV we operate the 737 but only the -300/400/500 so technically not the NG, but most BAV pilots use it anyway, myself included.If you're looking specifically for the 737NG then look for Ryanair VA (I know they existed don't know if they're still around).As Word Not Allowed said if you chose BAV you're in for a wait since the systems are down at the moment plus you need to queue up to join one in one out for recruitment.
