in some parts of the world there is summer time...So you are right, about the 1 hour diff, but only in winter.UTC/GMT/ZULU time is always the same...Boaz..

Susan,Boaz is right. Right now during summer you have 2 hours difference between CET and UTC. As is the difference between EDT (EST but daylight savings) and UTC only 4 hours instead of 5. So that should would explain the time difference you see in FS.I tend to have my default startup airport in my current time zone. That way I always get FS to display the actual local time and difference to UTC. I can then move around to another startup location in another timezone and the FS time will follow.Hope it helps,
