Is it safe to say...

That the PMDG 747 will meet the high demands from users, using the Aerowinx Precision Simulator. An outstanding system simulation. A complex integration of systems, which are dependant on each other. More accurate than any other MSFS addon. And capable for computer based training purposes. An accurate flight model, which performs extremly close to real world specifications.Am I being realistic here? Thanks

Yes they have said they are not competing, but will it accomodate users with a high demand.I and many other users of the other sim have faith, that we will be provided with a much more accurate simulation in terms of systems, graphics etc.

>I and many other users of the other sim have faith, that we>will be provided with a much more accurate simulation in terms>of systems, graphics etc.Awais,Faith is good thing to have. I could bet you would never hear anybody from PMDG or perhaps even beta testers make wild proclamations about their sim being better. It would be a bad policy, dangerous policy. It is like George Bush stating there will be no more terrorist attacks in the US. It would not be a safe thing to say. Also assuming the 'other' sim is at say 99% accuracy how can you have much more accurate simulation?. Is 99.5% much better than say 99.2%? Just some philosophical questions to ponder.I just received shipment of a rather expensive wine from this winery in Paso Robles, CA. I better open their outstanding Diosa Blanc, pour myself a glass and dream of a .. 99.999994567% simulation *:-*Michael J.WinXP-Home SP2,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8,Radeon X800Pro,36GB Raptor,1GB PC3200,Audigy 2http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/747400.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_beta_member.jpg

I get your point how better can it be when its already like 99% accurate, so I am hoping for a system simulation which is as good as that and with better graphics, and immersion factor overall. And I hope the PMDG 747 ticks the boxes in the above mentioned points.

Notice on the PMDG site it says (quote):"When compared to some well known, significantly more expensive software suites, the PMDG 747-400 is more comprehensive and more accurate in it's representation of the sophisticated 747-400 airplane."Correct me if im wrong but I dont know of any other "significantly more expensive software suites" than PS1.3.http://precisionmanuals.com/html/747WU_1.htmAlex cyul
