Is XP required to fly the Queen?

Just wanted to know if WinXP is required for the queen, or will it run on Win2000?I know the posted requirements on the website says XP Only, but they said the same thing for NG......And please, don't bash my "state-of-the-art" computer! :-violin Thanks,Gerry
