Hello Jeff, Yes i happened to meet what you describe.I'm using fsbuild 2 since only few weeks but i ve already noticed lots of anomalies of this kind and i am a bit dissapointed.I find route finder more reliable but charting in my opinion has not enough datas to show. Yvon

Dear All,To save a whole heap of trouble fly the aeroplane the way Bill Boeing designed it .. no FSBuild required.Build the route into the FMC and then save it if you want to do it again at a later date. We do it this way all the tme IRL.Rgds,

Hi Yvon,Not sure if you are taking the 'p' outta me or not but even if so no worries :DSometimes I may be a little less than tolerant of ppl sniping at a sim that I consider good enough to base a training business on for real world NG drivers.IMVHO the PMDG sim is so good it needs no add-ons. It works just like the real thing and if you want to learn how it is done in a real B737-800 then do it the hard way.Anything else reduces this great sim to just another game and not what I call it these days and that is an 'emulator' = one step up from a simulator.ATB,

:-) Well Brad, this is not so long ago that i fly with PMDG which i find of much more interest that FS 9 b 737-400 but of course this means i meet lots of difficulties of any kind so i find it highly valuable to read opinions and advices of all of you and i appreciate to receive them.Yes again i agree with you i rather like to use the term emulator than simulator and this also comes as an additional reward for all those who work hard to elaborate such fabulous programs . >Sometimes I may be a little less than tolerant of ppl sniping>at a sim that I consider good enough to base a training>business on for real world NG drivers.Who was sniping? I think it's top notch, as add-on aircraft go I will fly nothing else. I don't remeber anyone on here sniping at the product and if they do they don't stay on this forum for very long before they get shot down.>Anything else reduces this great sim to just another game and>not what I call it these days and that is an 'emulator' = one>step up from a simulator. How do you run PMDG 737-800 without FS9? The PMDG product is just an add-on to the very advanced Microsoft Base Programme (if you don't think it's very advanced then you should go back to early incarnations of MS Flightsim products and then you'll see!!!, just try to run a PMDG quality aircraft on FS98)And one final point......FSBUILD is a very capable 'stand alone' product which allows people to plan flights from one place to another. It includes the latest airways and restrictions for their use. It allows you to plan a flight to include all the waypoints on route without the need to purchase route maps and charts. I'm sure in real life you do not plan what route you are going to take whilst in the cockpit but that someone will tell you where to go and what to type in. That someone in this case is FSBUILD2. Please don't snipe at this product for no reason.Glen Lee
