Captain,I forwarded a couple of emails to you and others via the forum(private) email system. I assumed you may be to busy to answer but I see you have been keeping up with what is going on in the forum postings. I have also asked the question of tech support with no answer as of yet. If any of you folks have a minute will you please respond to my emails. If you are to busy at the time, I completely understand.Thanks,Brian Officer Have a great wkend:-)

Brian-If your email to me was more appropriately sent to tech support is is forwarded and deleted.I receive 200+ email each day, and the private email accounts of our team members are not a venue for technical support. We have an established tech support process that works well and is solely dedicated to that task. We havee found that it is a bad idea to allow technical support outside of these channels because folks begin to assume that you should answer them immediately during periods when you are focused on other tasks or simply on vacation.

I sent an email to tech support hoping there would be an answer for me there, nothing as of yet. However, I understand your position and will refrain from forwarding emails to personal accounts.Thank you for your response.Have a great wkend.Brian Officer
