November 13, 200520 yr PMDG does what PMDG wants. And judging by the looks of their releases so far, whatever they do will be worth it. :)Daniel P.http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/747400.jpgMember of SJU Photography. November 13, 200520 yr I'm pretty sure no one will say "PMDG why on earth are you doing that aircrat? Very stupid! :( ", so let's just sit here and wait until we are pleased ;)
November 13, 200520 yr I know I am a bit old fashioned, but living up here in Scotland, I see quite a lot of planes that I can't get good models of e.g. BAE ATP, Shorts 360, Twin Otter, and SAAB 340, or 2000. I know that they may not be really that commercial, but ake it a package and I think there would be afew people out there who like island hopping.Nick Allan
November 14, 200520 yr give me a break about the bugs, sure there are a few, it is a complicated aircraft. do we have such a short memory we can't remember all the patches the NG had to make it "PMDG standards"???Give them time, they will come through. This is one developer that does not abandon their customers
November 14, 200520 yr Whatever they do next..........................Doing a package as good as the 'Queen' is going to be really something, don't you think? I have already got my card ready LOLDave T. .........On the lovely warm Devon Riviera and active 'FlightSim User's Group' member at http://www.flightsimgrpuk.free-online.co.uk/ Dave Taylor
November 14, 200520 yr How about the new E-jets E170,175,190 theres alrdy getting to be alot of them flying now and i have a feeling in the next few years they will be all over the place in pretty much every airlines fleet.
November 14, 200520 yr Hi first the service pack for the Queen. Then the freighter version. Next MD11 as I wait with anticipation for these as you have shown that you are above the rest with Quality. I would like you to do a 777 series and the 787. Boeing rules.
November 15, 200520 yr Provided PMDG don't do a small business/commuter jet, I reckon a 777 is going to be there next project. The 777 isn't exactly my number one choice, but I can see them doing an aircraft of this nature. I can't see PMDG doing an Airbus, furthermore I wouldn't buy any airbus add-on. If I could wave a magic wand for the post-md11 aircraft, I would like a 747 classic. I know RPB has done one, but think about a PMDG 747 classic VC!By the way, a 717 or MD80..are you guys serious? Please provide a good reason why these aircraft should be done. They are not exactly the most stunning aircraft around. CheersTristan
November 15, 200520 yr Hi!For your info guys:There is already a payware Fokker 70/100 in production.Check out this post:http://www.eurographics.at/AVAG/BOARD/phpB...topic.php?t=955It will be published by FSQuality, who already released the boxec version of the Majestic Dash8-300.The gauges of the fokker will be done by the guy who is programming the Addon weather radar gauges (http://members.chello.at/addongauges/).Kind regardsMartin
November 15, 200520 yr How about a payware first class drinks trolley complete with senior (not too senior ;-)) flight attendant attached.http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannerbeta.jpg; Andy Brockbank
November 15, 200520 yr How about a Lockheed Jetstar. There's an interesting plane that has not yet been professionally simulated. I just saw one the other day. That bird really has style.
November 15, 200520 yr >This is really just meant as a continued debate thread from>the temporary forum. Someone there asked what aircraft you>would like to see after the MD11 is finished. Now there have>been a LOT of posts claiming that Airbus will not extend a>helping hand in providing information about their systems, so>an Airbus aircraft is propably not the most likely thing to>come from PMDG. Plus PSS has done the A330 and A340 already>and there's the PIC A320 (haven't tried that one though). B777>was just released from PSS, Level-D is working on the B757,>ATR was done by Flight1.>>The suggestions I personally liked best so far was B717-200>and/or Fokker 70/100. However, a BAe 146 could be really nice>too or maybe a really nice business jet.>>What would you like to see after the MD11?Outstanding F70/100 is in progress by FSQuality....but no further infioramtion until now, but highest detailed systems, including weather radar and TAWS with terrain display and so on..FMC of course many many new simulated systems...Florian
