November 12, 200520 yr I have tried to contact you twice now in a vain attempt to get a repalcement copy but as yet no one has even bothered to reply to my emails. If this is what you call customer service, you're not doing a good job about it. Can someone please contact me so this can be resolved?
November 12, 200520 yr Commercial Member Hi,Please sign your name next time per the forum rules.If you've emailed [email protected] and didn't recieve an automated response, emails back to you from PMDG are not getting through due to some sort of spam filter either in your email client or (more likely) at your ISP. Try creating a free email account with Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, or something similar and you should be able to get through to them. Include your name, email address that placed the order, and your order ID number and they'll get you a replacement download.
