Install 737NG after 747 ok to do??

Can someone please clarify if there are problems with installingthe 737NG/800-900 after installing the 747 Queen???.. I thought someone mentioned that there are problems when doing that....tks!!

You need to do the 747 *AFTER* the 737.Best,
