Hello,Flying from the right seat I've noticed it's only the captain's FMC that displays FMC messages. I know in the Airbus it's both, what's the RL behaviour with the 744? Also is there a way to disable the associated "BING" when an FMC message is displayed ? I believe it was added for the 737NG because there was no EICAS alert but with the 744 flying from the 2D panel the message is clearly visable. Hence is the sound really needed?Also, the keyboard commands to increase/decrease radio altimeter do not seem to work with Round Radio Alt selected. Regards,Paul

Finally can I remove/greatly soften the spoiler deploy in flight sound?Thanks,Paul

G'Day mateThe FMC sound is normal. The sound is to get the pilots attention.
