December 2, 200520 yr I have all the Boeing-PMDG products installed and find it a minor annoyance to have to navigate to the bottom of the list to select the 747 in FS9 "create a flight" (I always load the FS9 default 747 on startup). Here's how to create a separate menu for the PMDG 747.Go to the PMDG747 aircraft folder, make a backup copy of the aircraft.cfg file to be safe, then open the original aircraft.cfg file and do a "replace" in each version of the sim. Since your file probably opens with "notepad", you can use the universal replace function under the "edit" menu. Replace: ui_manufacturer=Boeing-PMDGWith: ui_manufacturer=Boeing-PMDG 747Or, hand navigate to each aircraft in your file and add 747 to the end of the appropriate line.Save the modified aircraft.cfg file. The 747 will then appear under its own dropdown list in FS9.
