Heads Up Display for PMDG?

Recommended Posts

I was just wondering if anyone has been thinking about adding a HUD (Heads Up Display) to the PMDG aircraft. Have a look at this:http://www.boeing.com/commercial/news/feature/737tech.htmlSeems some people have re-created this in FS2004 with success in other planes, and was thinking someone who is technically skilled can bring about this addon for PMDG. Maybe?AnthonyCape TownSouth Africa

Personally I think the VSD is even cooler than the HUD. That is very cool,-PaulLiquid CooledAMD 4000 San Diego2 Gigs Kingston Corsair XMS CL2Dual 7800 GTX 24 inch widescreen dual 19 inch LCDRaid-0psolksig.jpg

Hi All.Played with this baby last night and looks very interesting indeed. ALL WORKS PERFECTLY in FS2004 on 737-600 so far.CHALLENGE - I would love someone who knows more about panel configs and gauges to try tweek this baby to fit better and let us know how it turns out. Also need a config for 747.Here is a link to download the gauge and script for panel config.http://www.alliedfsgroup.com/?RhZbkYiCnAlN...hlg247ouZhcWi8mPichttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/135787.jpg

"Also need a config for 747."You can avoid having to touch the panel.cfg.As I said in my original post, see the patch at the top of the page.I quote:" Thanks to a fellow named Bruno, this patch contains a panel.cfg that will allow the user to access the HGS by pressing the W key. By substituting the HGS for the default mini panel, users will no longer have to modify the panel.cfg files of their favorite panels in order to use the HGS.
