Just wanted to give a public thank you to Paul Gollnick, for his quick response to my email. I had to reformat my computer tonight and needed a new download link. I recieved an email from Paul in less then 2 hours.To Paul, and all other PMDG support people, thank you for everything you have done.

Mike-Thanks for singling Paul out. Paul routinely answers 1000+ email per week, and very rarely does he ask for help or fall behind...We take great pride in the fact that we answer our support email (we all have had experiences where this doesn't happen- and it sure is frustrating) and Paul deserves most all the credit for it...Glad you were able to get up and running so quickly!
