Error in Aircraft.cfg - and a Fix.

Last night, I was taxing around KPIE airport in Clearwater , Florida, a quite small airport for a B747, and I noticed a strange aircraft behavior issue. Of course, since the airport is so tight, I needed to use differential braking to be able to maneuver around the airport. When I applied RIGHT braking, the aircraft turned beautifully. However, when I tried to use LEFT braking, the aircraft came to a stop. After a few minutes of testing, I was sure something was not right, so I went to the aircraft.cfg file to see what was going on... Sure enough, I found an error. Here is what I saw:[contact_points]//point.0 = 1, -24.194, 0.000, -17.546, 1500.0, **0**, 1.932, 56.0, 1.45, 0.128, 0.780, 9.0, 12.0, 0, 270, 320point.1 = 1, -102.496, -16.009, -18.941, 1500.0, **1**, 1.932, 0.0, 1.54, 1.171, 0.880, 16.0, 21.0, 2, 270, 320point.2 = 1, -102.496, 16.009, -18.941, 1500.0, **2**, 1.932, 0.0, 1.54, 1.171, 0.880, 15.0, 20.0, 3, 270, 320point.3 = 1, -115.277, -4.253, -18.598, 1700.0, **1**, 1.932, 0.0, 1.50, 1.203, 0.820, 15.0, 18.0, 2, 270, 320point.4 = 1, -115.277, 4.253, -18.598, 1700.0, **1**, 1.932, 0.0, 1.50, 1.203, 0.820, 15.0, 18.0, 2, 270, 320//The numbers that I marked inside the astericks, are the refernce to weather that contact point should use 0 (regular, non-differential braking), 1 (left braking), or 2 (right braking) for its braking parameter. Notice in the copy from the original above, that the aircraft has 1 nose gear (0 as the brake type), and 4 main gears (the two inboard, and two outboard). However, as you can see from above, the aircraft is flagged as having 3 right brakes, and 1 left brake, and that obviously is not correct. It should be 2 left, and 2 right. The fix with the CORRECT numbers is below. My aircraft now taxis like it should =) Glad I found this. Pull up!", and a few other specific sounds like the stick shaker, master warning, and other OVERLY loud volume files, from wherever they are in the neighborhood when I am flying, I have taken the liberty to reduce the volume levels of those certian files to a much more acceptable (Yet still loud enough) volume level. IF PMDG would give me permission, I can either send the files to them to be reviewed, and maybe released by them, or if they wish, to release myself with proper credit of course given. I know that many people would very much like the fix on those files, and I have my 747 sounding acceptably realistic now.That wraps it up for today. Please dont message me to send the sound files to you, or to post them. I will not do either without the express permission of PMDG.Thanks, Kevin.

After reviewing what I wrote, I think it may need to be corrected that (I think) it was supposed to read "3 LEFT brakes, and 1 Right brake"Three brakes applying at the same time would definitely be a reason that the aircraft would stop, and it would make since that with Nose/Body stearing, and only 1 right brake engaged, that the aircraft would turn unrealisitically easy to the right.Tried to edit the original, but didnt have time before edit period expired.

thank you :) another thing i noticed, but im not sure where the reason lies... i sometimes have spikes on the rudder, only on the 744, if i use the rudder normally everything works. as soon as i center the rudder it shoots to one side. (in flight it doesn't give problems.. only on ground). Has anybody seen this?Luca
