Greetings all,In case some of you haven't heard, I was reading one of the blog's from a FSX developer at microsoft and was pleasently surprised to hear that no longer will you require to have the CD in to start the game. Yep, no CD this time out but, you'll need the DVD in your DVD drive that FSX will ship on ;-)

. . . and DVDs are a lot more fragile to scratching and cracking than CDs.

... for the three days it takes for a new "no DVD" patch to come out.Now don't get me wrong, I'm totally against people stealing software. But even when I'm simming, I don't want my optical drives held captive. Sometimes I use them for other purposes, like playing DVD-audio or showing an inflight movie.
