Saving Flight plan.........

Hi to everyone,i just buy the PMDG 747-400 (boxed version) I also have the PMDG 737-600-700, So i know my way arround the FMC I mean how to make a flight plan, how to load one in the CO route line, but can anyone tell me how can I SAVE a fligth plan in the 747-400 FMC?Thanks in advance

Make sure you're route is already in the FMC, check it with the "Plan" (2D Panel) and "Step" (FMC) features.Click on RTE button of the FMCClick on RTE CPY prompt (I think it is one of the bottom-left buttons, like 5L or 6L)It will name your new route file ICAO DEPARR001.extension. For example, HKG to SFO would be named VHHHKSFO001.extension (I forget the extension PMDG uses). This file will be loadable via the COROUTE feature in the FMC.Hope this helps!Robin Zinsmaster

Thank You Robin for your help, by the way the extension name PMDG uses for 747-400 is .rte2Federico Rodea
