PMDG 737 Tutorial

I Would like to know if anyone can tell me where to find the following tutorial: "Timothy Metzinger's Advanced Operations Tutorial (737ngadvtutorialv2.zip, donationware)"I did manage to find version 1 of this tutorial but would obviously like to use the latest tutorial. I very new to MS Flight Simulator and was told that this is a good tutorial.ThanksFlight Mad
