Future of PMDG Express?

Recommended Posts

I hope I don't get into trouble for enquiring, and I know that PMDG staff are busy working on the "big" projects, but what has happened to the PMDG Express line? Will there still be future "simple" products produced or has that idea been killed off by development costs?I ask because I understand the huge development time required for the complex airliner projects, and I thought the idea of the "Express" line was to enable PMDG to bring products to market relatively quickly, that were easy to jump in and fly. The Beech 1900 planes are great but it seems that the gap between Express product releases is almost as long as the heavy iron :-)Keep up the good work, and I hope 2006 will be a great year for PMDG.

The Express line will return at some point I believe - it's just that everyone is focussed on the F and MD-11 at the moment...
