I paid and downloaded the B1900C from the website, however I need to re-download the package again. I have all my order information ready. What should I do now?

Hi Ben,An email to support@precisionmanuals.com will sort it out for you. Include your order details and as much information as you can provide. Please note that you should receive an automated response almost instantly if your email to support is sucessful.
