Hand-held GPS gau. problem

Howdy,Just wondering if anyone else has d/l'd Bob Proulx's hand-held gps (gar_gps.zip) available over at flightsim.com, and if so, haave they got it to work? Reason being: installed it as per the Readme, but upon firing up 2K2, get a: "Third Party item not compatible with FS" message (refering me to the Gauges file and the gps_2.gau); and the hand-held, whilst showing up in panel view, cannot be activated (at least not in 3rd party a/c).Anyone have a similar experience? Any suggestions for a work around (especially for the 1st problem ... already have an (OldModules) entry in the 2K2.cfg file, but there ain't no .dll file to refer it to)? Failing any the above, anyone have an address for the author (he did not supply an email addy in the Readme).TIA.
