Hmmm, no A/T on reloading a saved situation with the 744

Recommended Posts

Thanks for this clarification, Ryan, and that is in fact precisely how I have been saving my PMDG 744 flights to-date. What I am finding, however, is that while the flight does get saved, the A/T and ILS in the FMC do not get reloaded or restored the right way. Hence these workarounds on this thread.Jonathan

A bit out of topic, but I experience with my 737's in maybe 1 out of 10 flights a situation where I normally programme the FMC and when pushing back, try to engage AT and FD. Well in these rare but painful cases the AT won't switch.. only red light blinks in the annunciator.. and there seem to be no reason why I cannot engage AT.

Sorry for bringing this up again, but I wondered.Has this bug been fixed with the updates in the F version?(I find it a little annoying to - in order to get SPD mode back to work - still have hit HOLD-SPD-VNAV everytime I resume a saved flight.)Any other more comfortable workarounds?Best regards,Chris
