SPEEDBRAKE EXT Warning on Landing

Hi,WIth ~90% of my landings I get an aural warning and EICAS warning for extended speedbrakes which only lasts a few seconds. My spoilers are armed and depoly as they should._Paul :-)

Are you sure the spoilers aren't deploying before touchdown?This warning only occurs for me when I set a target speed for A/T to hold in the MCP, use speedbrakes to slow to that speed, and then don't get to lower and arm the spoilers before the speed drops within target range. Otherwise, if my speed is on target prior to the landing checklist, I arm spoilers right before the landing checklist, and cruise down to a smooth autoland.I hope that helps.

Has your thrust dropped back to idle prior to touchdown, Paul? In real life, the warning is based on thrust lever position. In MSFS, for some reason, it is based on actual thrust.Is this during manual landings where you are controlling the thrust... or during Autoland?Cheers.Q>
