I purchased the PMDG 747 and proceeded to install it but I have run into a problem. I can not get it to confirm itseld. I have tried using the order number, transaction ID and Auth, code without succecs. Which one is the order ID? I am also on a slow connection (37.2 kbps)can that also be why it won't confirm? Some help would be appreciated.Thanks

Hi, (please sign your name next time in accordance with PMDG rules)The email you recieved when you purchased should have your order number right at the top:"Thank you for your order. Your order number is: XXXXX"You need to enter your email address, that order number, and your PMDG ecommerce password in order to validate.

Hi Ali!Thanks- hope you get it working.For anyone else who reads this thread in passing- if you ever run into problems while validating- read the menu that Installshield puts in front of you. We've listed on that menu page where to find each of the pieces of information about your account....That will help jog your memory if you forget!
