Replacement download for 747-400

I purchased the replacement download for the 747-400, and followed the steps (Sent an email to updateme@precisionmanuals.com with the order ID, etc.) But I still havent received a downoad link, I did this at 11 AM and its 2:30 PM right now. Does PMDG check their email on sundays?Alex
