PFD problems when IRS is turned to "Align"

Recommended Posts

Guest mooneypilot

Has anyone experienced this problem: The PFD looks just dandy until I bring up the overhead panel and set the IRS switches to off, then nav then align. When I go back to the main panel, the PDF has changed and no longer displays the attitude indicator It's just blak. Rate of climb doesn't appear either, but altitude and airspeed remain OK.Can anyone suggest what's wrong here?? Len:)

Classic case of RTFM :-)You need to set the IRS Switches from OFF to ALIGN to NAV, then enter the IRS position in the CDU.Best,
