Cannot get this thing to work at all. It will not allow me to change the hdg, speed, nothing I keep getting horizontal arrows that do nothing. Can someone help.

Best bet is to read the manual. But, when you get the horizontal arrows, turn the mouse wheel. Honestly, if you don't at least go over the manual, you will NOT get any enjoyment out of the Queen. She is complicated and takes some study.

Can someone help.If the arrow is horizontal, left mouse turns the knob left, right turns it right. If the arrow is vertical, left mouse decreases, right increases.You definately need to reads the manual from cover to cover. When you're done, read it again.
