installing version 1.10

Recommended Posts

Guest douglas earl

I am having problems installing v1.10. I am unable to contact PMDG. My computer will not send the message to support@precisionmanuals.com. It says that my computer is not set up right. I am lost...I have spent alot of money and have got no where. I have reinstalled PMDG so many times that is will not even work right. It loads but the panels do not work. All I want to do is load v1.10 so I can load the 400F that I purchased a few days ago.As I read the forums, I see that everyone has the updated version, how did you do that? Please help. douglas earl

Hello Douglas, I'm sorry you are having problems. Not clear why your computer won't send emails to PMDG support. When you say "It says that my computer is not set up right"... what is "it"? The version upgrade 1.1 for the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies is located in the PMDG file library, which can be accessed by clicking on the "downloads" tab on the PMDG home page (http://www.precisionmanuals.com).Blank displays are typically a result of a validation problem. Be sure you have an active internet connection while installing any of the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies software. If you continue to have problems, please contact support@precisionmanuals.com (try using an alternate, web based email service, like Yahoo or Hotmail).Best,Vin ScimonePMDGwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/devteam.jpg
