How many America West pilots does it take to fly an Air

Oh for the love of Pete....Whether or not anybody's been found guilty or pled guilty, the fact remains that the accusation is in the public domain. Much like when a Northwest pilot got himself in similar hot water about 15 years ago. No, they didn't plead guilty (they didn't plead innocent, either... they no-showed on the court appearance which made the judge way happy and their attorneys entered the not guilty plea for them). They're going to stand trial for it. They're still going to get their chops busted over it in the court of public opinion.And....The bar tab was $120. They have video from the bar. The electronic room keys show that they didn't go back to their room until after 0400 EDT (for a 1000 EDT flight). They'd better find a way to plead out of this, else they're going to get to be guests of the taxpayers of Florida for a while.
