I've had many chances to fly a real level-D MD-11 sim and I can confirm that at first the MD-11 does feel overwhelming, especially during approaches.But once you get the hang of it, it's a real nice aircraft to fly and will do exactly what you tell it to do. The landing is also a breeze once you learn the correct flaring/power technique for it.I'm eagerly waiting how this MD-11 forms. After all, I WAS once part of the beta team but have since vanished (?) from it... Tero
