How Do I Redownloadl Aircraft Lost Due to Hard Drive Failure

For the last three days I have tried to get a response from PMDG via support@precisionmanuals.com and updateme@precisionmanuals.com about the following matter.Due to a major computer crash I have had to reformatt my hard drive and as a result I have lost all my PMDG aircraft.There follows a list of the aircraft I purchased and the date I purchased them:09 Feb 2004 Beechcraft1900C26 April 2004 737 NG13April 2005 737- 800/90003 August 2005 747-40027 Nov 2005 Beechcraft 1900D18April 2006 747-400 Cargo I am pretty sure the dates are correct, can you please advise how I can redownload these excellent aircraft. Any help would be appreciatedThank You Fred Ost

Hello Fred.You have done the right thing by submitting your requests to PMDG via email. You should have at least gotten an automated response as a receipt for your emails. If not, double check your spam filters. If you have, please be patient.
