SIDSTARS Update for KOAK Metro Oakland Intl

New upload to NAVData and AVSIM Flight Plans libraries. All procedures updated to include missing constraints and STARS are connected to approaches where disconnects used to occur. In cases where the procedures invoke ATC vectors, I have included xxxxx.ATC procedures for pilots flying with VATSIM. The DAFIF has a couple of obsolete fixes and these are been updated as well.

Dan:Hey, thanks for this. I use KOAK as a "home" airport of sorts and this comes in very handy. Much obliged for your work!(Now if only OSS would finish their KOAK airport scenery, I'd be set.)

Thanks, be sure to let me know if you find something amiss. A scenery upgrade is very much needed.I simmed a SWA KOAK-KSAN flight at dawn with a 737. The COAST departure was beautiful.....
