747-400F help

I have really been trying to figure out how to open the nose-cargo door on the PMDG 747-400F. I tried turing it off and doing also trying it when it was on, heres a pic on what I am seeing.Bruno

Bruno,You need to have either APU GEN 2 or EXT PWR 2 shown as AVAIL. In your case, that means switching on the APU, but not turning the APU generators on. All is in fact explained in the manual Chapter 13, page 10.Cheers,S
