Release Date for md-11

Do we have a release date or month or year for the md-11?just sorting out if its a birthday present or a christmas one or one i have to hang out for #### ages! (it seems like that now. my favourite aircraft replicated by pmdg....woohoo!)dj

awww.....c'mon surely they can't string us along like this!my g/f/fiance is itching to buy this for me...... well i'm itching for HER to buy it for me....it'll have to be something else then....dissappointed that my 737NG purchase wont compat with fsx. i have to buy it again i presume.dj

Look at it this way.The longer it takes, the better it will be and the longer the 'Beta Testers have to iron out the bugs.PMDG, disk at the same time would be nice?

It is not that they do not wish to give a release date. They simply do not have one; hence, cannot annouce a date. Like many developers they have also learned that an early preview date because bible to many customers. They get less flak for not releasing a date than releasing one and getting hated when they miss it. (See: Valve and Half-Life 2)As for the 737-NGX, yes, it will be a new plane; however, the upgrade will be worth the price. IRS, ability to save panel states, wing flex, updated model... yeah. I think that's worthy of some love. =)And next year.. A320!
