Im having an issue with the autopilot following the FP in the 747.

Im having an issue with the autopilot following the flight plan. It flys to the first waypoint but instead of heading in the direction of the next waypoint it'll just keep flying in the same direction or immediently turn around and circle the pervious waypoint. Can someone help me out here?Thanks

Hi, (please sign your real name next time)Could you be more specific? What route, what are the AP flight modes listed on the top of the PFD.
