WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE BLANK DIALOG BOXES?

Hi Guys. First I purchased 747-400 (passenger version) and I was very happy because it is a terrific creation. It's almost real 100%.However, aftewr I purchased the downloaded version of the 747-400F I found an unpleasant situation: All the ATC boxes are blank and the Parking Brakes box and the Flying tips....oNLY THE SIMULATION PAUSE box shows text. Does anybody can help me? PMDG guys didn't answer my previous email and I feel frustrated. Kindly I need your help.ThanksIgnacio RubieraCustomer

I would suggest you uninstall and then reinstall first.CheersSteve
