I can help you learn to write sidstars, but I won't do it for you. I recommend you start with the tutorial written by Terry Yingling available at his site: http://planepath.comI also have an article in the PMDG Ops wiki section on sidstars with several links to reference material: http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/SIDSTARSBesides learning the very simple context of the sidstar "language," you also need the charts and location information on all the fixes used in the sids, stars and iaps. The location info can be the lat/lon or bearing/distance from a known position. Once you have all the location data and routes it's very straightforward to create the text file. The tutorial the place to start.
