On the 27th September 2006 I purchased 737NG 800/900 and was duly passed to the download link. I started the download but unfortunately due to a power failure the download didn't complete and I lost the link.I have tried to get support to email me the link again but they have failed to respond. I tried emailing both updateme@precisionmanuals.com andsupport@precisionmanuals.comI am wondering if I am emailing the wrong address.Please helpThank youTerry
