Will The New PMDG FSX Tubeliners Run Well On FSX?

Recommended Posts

Guest _MSW_

It seems to me that even on the very highest end computers currently available, FSX will not run adequately enough to allow enough performance headroom (with decent settings) to accomodate a very complicated airliner like the 747 400 especially if you want to fly where this big bird likes to fly such as the complicated detailed cities (Tokyo, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles,...etc). The FS9 version of the 747 400 does reduce frame rates significantly but usually FS9 runs with enough performance headroom to allow for it plus other addons running at the same time such as AS6, FE, GE Pro, UT plus an addon airport. I don't think this will be the case in FSX with current systems.I would like to know what PMDG thinks in this regard. Thanks!Mike
