Check this out, My video card's memory is a bit low. when I saw this I just wanted to kill myself. :'(This sight is not for the faint of heart, how can I even play FS on this kind of system? :-hmmm

I have it on a laptop with the same diagnostic showing 2.5mbArt.

I notice on that screen grab that you're running at 24-bit colour depth. Change to 16 or 32-bit immediately! 24-bit will give you dreadful performance with FS2002.
