How fast can I exit a rwy via a high speed taxi way

Hi, How fast can a pilot exit a rwy via a high speed taxi way, taking into the consideration of aircraft limitation and pax comfort? 20kts? 30kts? and which one should a pilot uses, tiller or rudder?ThanksBen

Not being a a real expert I can only tell you some basic things.The ground handling is done via the tiller, the rudder is only used for corrections at higher speeds (t/o or landing phase).The taxi speed limitation is 20 kts, I don't think that you would turn the a/c at that speed.regards,Robp.s. there are lots of factors that have to be taken into consideration: a/c weight, brake temps and of course the pax comfort.

Ben50kts ground speed using the nose wheel steering through the rudder pedals until below 20kts then you use the tiller.CheersJon
