Reinstall of 1900C

Recommended Posts

Guest fokker70

I did a search of the forum and didn't really find an answer yet. I like to reinstall my purchased copy of the 1900C. But, I don't have the install package anymore and the link in my PMDG account is no longer valid for download.Options?

Options,To my knowledge you have to purchase an extended download service from PMDG if you don't opt to store your purchased downloaded files on CD or other permanent media. You should be able to get more information from PMDG's website.Hope it helps,

Mats, Much thanks for the info. I will take a look at the option and see if the cost is worth it. Normally backups are made but for some reason, this package slipped through my backup process.

I've gone through the process of extending my download and sent a couple of follow-up emails. Does anyone have a time frame on how long email support takes to respond?

Jeff,24-48 hours maximum. Did you get an automated response directly after sending your request? If not there's a spam filter in either end blocking communications.Hope it helps,
