Load Manager (737 800-900) not working at all

Recommended Posts

Guest Nik_1977

Hey guys and gals. I finally bought myself this gorgeous plane I have been promising myself for ages! (737 800/900 standalone)All works lovely, except the load manager.I start the load-manager up (FS9 NOT running) and when it comes up, I cannot move the sliders at all, or enter any weights or fuel by typing. In fact, the only things I can click on that work are "save" and "exit"I have tried a full un-install and re-install but I still cannot move those sliders! Can anyone help? It's really frustrating (not to mention the passengers are starting to complain!!) ;-)Thanks Nik

P.s....I've tried the sliders on every single and mixed aircraft from 600 - 900 (even though my package is only 800 and 900)nik

One more note before I head out to see the Mother In Law for sunday lunch....here is the .cfg file for Loadmanager. I have not changed a thing in it, and so it is as installed. Is there anything in here which could be causing my probs?[Version]Version=1.3[Common]SeatWeight=180[600_Single]Aircraft1=PMDG737-600MTOW=144000MZFW=113500MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=80200MaxPax_Coach=123MaxPax_First=0MaxCargo_Fwd=9200MaxCargo_Aft=10000// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=0First_Y=0First_W=0First_H=0Coach_X=50Coach_Y=10Coach_W=300Coach_H=80[600_Mixed]Aircraft1=PMDG737-600MTOW=144000MZFW=113500MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=80200MaxPax_Coach=100MaxPax_First=8MaxCargo_Fwd=9200MaxCargo_Aft=10000// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=50First_Y=10First_W=45First_H=80Coach_X=102Coach_Y=10Coach_W=250Coach_H=80[700_Single]Aircraft1=PMDG737-700Aircraft2=PMDG737-700-WingletsMTOW=153500MZFW=120500MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=83000MaxPax_Coach=148MaxPax_First=0MaxCargo_Fwd=12200MaxCargo_Aft=15000// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=0First_Y=0First_W=0First_H=0Coach_X=46Coach_Y=10Coach_W=325Coach_H=80[700_Mixed]Aircraft1=PMDG737-700Aircraft2=PMDG737-700-WingletsMTOW=153500MZFW=120500MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=83000MaxPax_Coach=120MaxPax_First=8MaxCargo_Fwd=12200MaxCargo_Aft=15000// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=45First_Y=10First_W=40First_H=80Coach_X=85Coach_Y=10Coach_W=285Coach_H=80[800_Single]Aircraft1=PMDG737-800Aircraft2=PMDG737-800-WingletsMTOW=173000MZFW=136000MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=91300MaxPax_Coach=175MaxPax_First=0MaxCargo_Fwd=20794MaxCargo_Aft=22625// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=0First_Y=0First_W=0First_H=0Coach_X=46Coach_Y=10Coach_W=325Coach_H=80[800_Mixed]Aircraft1=PMDG737-800Aircraft2=PMDG737-800-WingletsMTOW=173000MZFW=136000MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=91300MaxPax_Coach=148MaxPax_First=12MaxCargo_Fwd=20794MaxCargo_Aft=22625// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=45First_Y=10First_W=40First_H=80Coach_X=85Coach_Y=10Coach_W=285Coach_H=80[900_Single]Aircraft1=PMDG737-900MTOW=174200MZFW=140300MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=94580MaxPax_Coach=189MaxPax_First=0MaxCargo_Fwd=25241MaxCargo_Aft=25468// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=0First_Y=0First_W=0First_H=0Coach_X=46Coach_Y=10Coach_W=325Coach_H=80[900_Mixed]Aircraft1=PMDG737-900MTOW=174200MZFW=140300MFW=46063MinFW=8500OEW=94580MaxPax_Coach=165MaxPax_First=12MaxCargo_Fwd=25241MaxCargo_Aft=25468// PEOPLE: DO NOT TOUCH THESE NUMBERS...First_X=45First_Y=10First_W=40First_H=80Coach_X=85Coach_Y=10Coach_W=285Coach_H=80Pax_First=5Pax_Coach=89Cargo_Fwd=10853Cargo_Aft=15790CheersNik

Okay....now here's an interesting thing....For ALL the planes the LoadManager_FS2004.exe program is showing MTOWMZFWMFWMinFWetc as 0So it seems it isnt reading the LoadManager.cfg file?Does it need to be renamed?Nik

My guess is you either have now or have had FSX installed. If so, it messes up your registry so that applications, including the PMDG Load Manager, can no longer find your FS9 installation.Read the sticky topic at the top of this forum to find the fix.

Start out at the AVSIM home page, click on FORUMS, scroll down to PMDG support form, click on it, scroll to the third subject that says: "Message saying FS9 installation not found? Read!", click on it and you'll find what you are looking for.Cheers,Jim
