Can't find Load-manager on my PC

I'm running windows VISTA and PMDG QOTS. For some reason I can't find the load manager that apparently comes with this product.It's not under START> PROGRAMS and it's not on the desktop, where can I find it??????????Martin Neep

Ok, I've searched high and low and I still can't find it. I've searched my hard drive and looked in every possible folder!What next?

Yep, there it is! I'm so embarrassed. I was looking in the FSX folders. Dope. Can I just create a link to this file?
