Time for Order Confirmation?

Used Paypal and got the receipt from Paypal showing the money transfer but have been waiting over 15 mins so far for the order confirmation email to come from PMDG with the download link. How long does it take?Steve

Dear Steve-Robert is the one handling Paypal and he's currently resting after a very exhausting weekend, trying to prepare the release for everyone.I am sure he'll reply once he wakes up (it's the middle of the night in Nevada!)

Does that mean Paypal orders are manually dealt with or do you think there is a problem with my order?

It means I don't have the ability to look at it at the moment and inform you properly of what's going on. :-)

FWIW, I too payed with Paypal and upon being returned from paypal to the PMDG website, it display a PMDG Shop error # (~ 12 digits). But, I did get the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes including the download URL and Order ID. No issues downloading or installing from that point forward. I mention this only to aid in troubleshooting.

Well it has been 7 hours now since I ordered and still no email from PMDG. Financially the transaction went through. Can I please have someone contact me and tell what the plan is on getting me a download link? ThanksSteve

I have the same error. Purchased with paypal, and got an error saying :The error has been logged in the store database. The reference ID for this error is: 855350089-173511 etc...+ received no e-mail with download link...Leonidas Adamopoulos

I also paid using paypal. I got their email but no download link. I was returned to PMDG site and got an error there. Order #88182 - Order Date: 10/29/2007
