APU sound

The APU has a volume which is universally the same volume in the cockpit and in the external view. Whereas the engines have the FSX front-to-back transition, the APU just blasts away at full volume regardless of position.Was this intented?

well i dont know what you are hearing but ive not been able to hear any apu sound at all from any position , viewkav

Hi ahuimanu,Please sign posts with your real name, as per forum rules.I think the sound you are refering to is the cockpit Fans and / or Pack sounds. Yes,You are right, it is the fans in the cockpit. I thought it was the APU because I could hear it from external view.JEFF

that is why i switch off the option to hear sounds externally from the pmdg sound menukav
