Jumping speed tape on descent with 744X under Vista/FS...

Recommended Posts

Flew EDDK-GCTS last night with FSUIPC4.25 and recommended ASX settings for my first successful complete flight. Overall, the experience is much improved! However, on descent for GCTS to 9000 ft at 190 kts, the speed tape repeatedly jumped up and down from 190 kts causing the engines to keep surging and lagging. I am sure that the passengers would have been quite sick!Cheers, Richard

Richard-Pete is already on version 4.254, specifically fixing issues with wind turbulence that was not modeled realistically enough in 4.25. We've been testing with 4.254 and it seems better in its behavior. Give it a try - you'll find the download link in his support forum here:http://forums.simflight.com/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=55488
